need help with cilent Empty need help with cilent

yesterday i run the game and play with no problems
but today i when i run the game and type my username ans password they said error connecting to server
but i didnt had a disconnect
why??
there are any problems on the server?

Im not sure what's happend there but We did do eco reset. And Alex. Deleted The Character Files. As the Eco reset Didnt Work.
